With over 20 years of experience in kitchens across Europe, the USA, New Zealand, and Australia, Jakub, our Head Chef, has refined his craft in some of the industry's most respected restaurants, including Bar Carolina in Melbourne and Fugazzi Bar & Dining Room in Adelaide. His passion for classic techniques and bold flavors is at the heart of our menu. Tyna, a devoted Australian wine enthusiast, curates our wine selection while supporting the heart of the business—family, hospitality, and a shared love for great food and wine.
